And I was also thinking that I have never put a picture of him up where he is upset. It can be very deceiving...you may think that Lincoln never cries or whines. Here is proof that he does, occasionally. He is only human, he says. Sometimes he is just hungry or tired, dang it.
I loved these pictures of him on his play mat. From the looks of it, it may seem he doesn't enjoy it, is bored by it, or is maybe even a little bit afraid of it. It's actually one of his favorite things to do and he is getting really good at grabbing the toys that dangle down.
Some cute pictures of him taken right before our trip to Utah... We think he is actually teething since he is drooling everywhere and there are two white-ish spots on the bottom two spots. 
We went to a Christmas party before leaving to Utah and took this one there:

I love this kid. Being home with him is the funnest! He's getting much better at falling asleep in his crib, especially now that he has a mobile to entertain him with music, moving animals and a light show (I love craigslist...it was only $10!). He still fights going down at night but sleeps like an angel past 11:00 p.m. until nearly 10:00 a.m., waking up to eat 3 times to eat in-between but going right back down again. He's also "talking" a lot more, and can almost laugh.
I'm all caught up on pictures from December/January in Utah so the next ones will be more current. Miss you!
